Shawnee Smith is an American actress, singer and musician. Her birth date was July 3, 1970 and is 5'3". Smith is popularly known as Amanda Young from the Saw movies and Linda in the CBS comedy Becker. Smith was one of the founding members of Fydolla's H, a heavy metal band who toured throughout both the United States as well as the United Kingdom. Smith also came up with Smith & Pyle along with Missi Pyle to form the desert country band. Shawnee Smith is the daughter of Jim Smith, a former US Air Force Pilot and financial planner, who also worked as an oncology nursing. She was born in Orangeburg South Carolina. As a child she and her family moved to South Carolina (now Van Nuys) to California. When she was two her parents got divorced. At eight, her mother married again. She attended Ranchito Avenue Primary School in Panorama City Los Angeles as in addition to Madison Jr. High, in North Hollywood.
