Kim Delaney has won Emmy Awards for her role as Detective Diane Russell. She has also starred in series like All My Children Philly CSI: Miami, Army Wives and CSI: Miami. She was born as the only child to a top executive from the United Auto Workers and a household worker, Delaney was raised with four brothers. When she was a kid she longed to be an official in the courtroom. After graduating from high school and moving in New York in the 1980s and began to model, she was hooked. In 1981, she starred as an innocent teen in the film All My Children. Since then, Delaney has been featured in many films television movies and dramas. In contrast to her successful professional life, Delaney's personal life is not content and successful. The skilled actor had to battle alcoholism, as well as two failed marriages.
