Antonina Shevchenko is she is a Kyrgyzstani Muay-Thai competitor from Peru and a mixed martial arts artist who is a part of the UFC for the Flyweight Division. She's at present participating. She is the older sister of her fellow UFC fighter and the former UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko's career in combat sports began as a Muay Thai competitor. Shevchenko debuted on the IFMA World Championship Tournament in 2003. Shevchenko took the title and then defeated Suzane Mller by unanimous vote. Antonina followed it up and received a silver award in 2007, and a bronze in 2008, and then a gold in 2011 as well as the 2016. IFMA Amateur Muay Thailand World Champion. Antonia began her professional journey in 2003. She won the WKC K-1 Light Welterweight World Championship in 2012 the Lion Fight Lightweight Championship in 2016 and the WMC and Phoenix FC World Championships in 2016. Antonina's last fight was against Isa Tidblad-Keskikangas in the Phoenix Fighting Championship. The fight was won by unanimous decision. Antonina shevchenko made her debut in a professional MMA fight back in 2002 against Anara bayanova during the KFK Cup in Kyrgystan. She was victorious with a TKO at the end of second round and went on to win two more fights in the WXF X-Impact World Championships, 2003. This gave her three wins in her MMA career. Shevchenko had a short break from MMA so that she could focus on kickboxing. She returned with a win against Anissa Haddaoui in Phoenix FC 3, 2017. Shevchenko defeated Anissa with a unanimous vote, after which she beat Valerie Domergue in Phoenix FC 4. In 2018, she left the competition and began competing in Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko defeated Jaimelene Nievera at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina defeated Nievera by her impressive strike power in the clinch by striking her with her knees. In the aftermath of this fight, Antonina signed an UFC deal. Antonina did her UFC debut in the TUF Heavy Hhitters Finale to be fought by Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko suffered defeat to Roxanne Modafferi with a split decision following her first fight. Antonina rebounded from her loss to beat Lucie Pudilova by choking her back in a rear-naked submission in the 2nd round of UFC on ESPN Covington Vs. Lawler. She earned her second fight of the night for this fight. Shevchenko was a 1-2 winner in her following three fights. Shevchenko winning against Ariane Lipski, and then losing to Katlyn Chookagian and Andrea Lee. In the past, Antonina was defeated by Casey O'Neill at UFC Fight Night Santos and.
